Shipping & Returns

FedEx is our preferred shipping carrier for domestic and international. You may also use your own shipping account (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) — please email your account number and preferred shipping service. Items usually ship the same day payment clears. We will attempt to combine shipping wherever possible. Local pickup is available by appointment.

Customers cannot return products without a return material authorization number ("RMA"). Returned products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent.
