Product Overview

The Agilent N2873A passive probe provides DC to 500 MHz and a 10:1 attenuation coefficient to meet a wide range of measurement needs.

The small 2.5-mm probe tip diameter, low input capacitance, and a variety of closely spaced probe tip accessories make Agilent N2870A series passive probes very suitable for detecting dense IC components or surface mounts in today's high-speed digital applications Device.

The sharp probe tip is spring-loaded to help engineers prevent the probe from slipping off the device under test. The insulated IC cover keeps the small probe tip centered on the IC lead, preventing the probe tip from shorting adjacent leads. Standard straight grounding connector and self-adhesive copper grounding pad help reduce grounding inductance and provide easy grounding access. The optional probe tip accessories provide special functions for demanding applications.
