We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
We also accept payment by PayPal. 

Bank Wire Transfer

Bank wire transfer is often the preferred payment method for International orders. We will provide you our bank details upon receipt of your order.

Net 30 Terms

Customers can submit a purchase order to set up an account and pay Net 30 terms. First-time customers must also submit your bank and trade references, which you can fax to (408) 844-9901 or email to accounting@cogwell.com.

Shipping

FedEx is our preferred shipping carrier for domestic and international. You may also use your own shipping account (UPS or FedEx or DHL), please email your account number and the type of shipping service. Items will usually ship the same day payment clears. We will attempt to combine shipping wherever possible. Local pickup is available, however an appointment is required.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged to all item ship to a California address unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

Equipment Returns

Customer cannot return products without a return material authorization number ("RMA"). Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent.

Warranty

All sales include 14-Day Right-of-Refusal, 30-90 Days Warranty (Extended 1- year Warranty is Available upon request), Full N.I.S.T Traceable Calibration is also available upon request.  NIST Traceable Calibration will be preformed by a third party.

Warranted returns will be replaced or repaired. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or repaired. This privilege does not cover items purchased in error, damaged by customer misuse.

Sales listed "AS-IS": Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered under any warranty; express or implied. We do not accept returns on items sold AS-IS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sales listed "NO DOA": We guarantee that the item will work only as described in the description. There may be an underlying problem(s) that we are truly unaware of and these are not covered. If you discover that the item received is not as represented in the description above, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Defective items will be replaced or repaired. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

Sales listed "30 Day Right-of-Return ": The buyer has 30 days in which to check the functionality of their purchase. If a problem is discovered, the buyer must notify us within the 30 day period. Defective items will be replaced or repaired. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.
